Part 1:
On November 2nd, I will be back on the bike with my fellow workmates at MBC to participate in the 2014 MS Sydney to the Gong bike ride. It is all about supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis, a disease which affects the central nervous system. Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 40, and of those, 75% are women – and there is presently no cure.
Please consider making a (tax deductible) donation towards the cause. Alternatively, please enjoy the mental picture of me with a bunch of accountants sweating it out in tight spandex!
For those interested, you can track my progress in the lead up to the event on Strava [link removed] or Endomondo [link removed]
As per last year, those of my friends living overseas – please be aware that MS Australia is likely to charge your credit card in Australian dollars.
The link below should take you to my Gong Ride participant page that will guide you through the rest of the process:

Part 2:
Presently in Sydney ready to take part in the 2014 MS Sydney to the Gong bike ride tomorrow! The legs are in good shape, the bike’s ready to go, and the forecast for tomorrow for a sunny day, with possibly even some tailwinds – so it should be a good day!
A big thank you to all of you who have donated so far – my total stands at $500 even.
Money raised goes towards supporting Australians living with Multiple Sclerosis and ultimately, trying to find a cure.
Those interested can track my progress in real-time via Endomondo:
